shown online?
We may sell other items that do not
appear on our website. We can order a varied
range of footwear from our catalogues. Please

2.What if you don’t
have my size?
We can order all sizes from 3 –
14 (depending on brands) If we do not currently
have your size in stock then we can order
it. Please contact us for further info.
3.How accurate is
the sizing of the brands you sell?
Please see our Fitting Guide as a guide to help you choose your size. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct shoe size on purchase.Our guide is an aid to help you understand the fittings of certains brands.
4.Do you take custom
made orders?
We accept custom made orders in accordance
with our suppliers. Custom orders are normally
at no extra cost to you.
If the item is more expensive we will inform
you and ask if you wish to complete the
order. Special orders can take longer then
usual orders. This is dependant on our suppliers.
5.How do I pay for
my online purchase?
Payments can be made by:
Personal Cheque or Paypal
Postal Order
6.How long will
it take to receive my boots, when I buy
items online?
If the item is in stock it will be despatched
upon clearance of payment.
If the item is to be ordered from our suppliers
it will be despatched upon receipt from the
supplier and clearance of payment from you.
7.Can I return my
item if it is not suitable?
Items are
exchangeable within 7 days
of the receipt of delivery.
Items are exchangeable when:
- The wrong item is despatched by fault
of Oddd Boots
- The item is noticeably different from
the same item advertised online
- The item is faulty or damaged
